How to make Sujebi
- In a bowl, grate the potato, add the flour, and mix together until you get a doughy texture
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate it
- In a pot, add 3 cups of water, minced garlic, and all your veggies
- Boil until all of the veggies are cooked (10 minutes)
- Grab the dough from the refrigerator and flatten it into pieces, the size of a quarter of your palm. It can be as thin as you want.
- Add the dough flakes to the pot, and cook until slightly transparent.
- Season the soup with soysauce, salt, and fishsauce (optional)
- Make sure the dough is cooked by sneaking in a taste!
- Add an egg, swirl and simmer until the egg is cooked. Enjoy :)
